2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.3 Custom orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices are listed in AUD, inclusive of Aus taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods we accept.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship worldwide using reputable carriers.
4.2 Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.2 If you believe your product is defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence.
5.3 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
